Spa policies
•Bookings in advance are recommended.
•All spa packages must be paid for on confirmation of booking.
•Credit card facilities are available.
•A double treatment room is available for partners.
•Gift vouchers are on offer, and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
•Cancellations / Rescheduling 5 days before your booking will carry a 10% fee 3 days before your booking will have a 25% fee within 3 days and no shows will have a 100% Cancellation fee
•Refunds No refunds will be issued - should a booking be cancelled, the cancellation fee will be deducted and the balance of the payment will be placed on a gift voucher.
•Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. In the spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request punctuality.
•Late arrivals will have their treatment times reduced accordingly and full price will be charged for the treatment/s.
•The spa has a strictly “no nudity” policy. Men are required to wear boxers or briefs for all body treatments.
•No alcoholic beverages or smoking are permitted.
•Kindly ensure that all cellular phones are turned off during treatments
•All prices and information are subject to revision without prior notice.
•Wetlands Earth Spa will not be held accountable for any theft, damage, loss, injury or misfortune that may occur while on our premises.
•All our treatments are perfectly safe and our staff fully qualified. However, please note that we are not a medical centre and our staff not trained medical practitioners. •Children under the age of 8 years are not allowed in treatment rooms.
•Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Towels, sarongs and spa shoes will be supplied during treatments. These items remain the property of Wetland Earth Spa.
•On arrival, please alert your therapist of any contra-indications, especially the following - High/Low Blood Pressure, Heart Condition, Recent Surgery, Muscle and Joint Injuries, Allergy to Iodine or any other products, Pregnancy, Epilepsy, and Diabetes.
•We advise drinking lots of water to
avoid dehydration.
